5. Email Suppression Management

The Service provides tools for managing email suppression lists, unsubscribe links, and blacklists. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to email marketing, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
• Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain accurate suppression lists.
• Not use the Service to circumvent or bypass email marketing regulations or best practices.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all email addresses and personal data processed through the Service.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Suppression Manager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law
