These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suppression Manager platform, including any associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"User", "You", and "Your" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service. "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Suppression Manager. "Content" refers to any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials that are uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted through the Service.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 5. Email Suppression Management
The Service provides tools for managing email suppression lists, unsubscribe links, and blacklists. You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to email marketing, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
- Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain accurate suppression lists.
- Not use the Service to circumvent or bypass email marketing regulations or best practices.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all email addresses and personal data processed through the Service.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Suppression Manager and its licensors. 8. Subscription and Billing
Some aspects of the Service may be provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Suppression Manager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
